In case of any manufacturing defects, client will receive a new toner replacement for free.
We also do exchange / return for any of your unused toners on the following condition:
Toner should be in the same new packaging condition as supplied and should be kept in a room temperature below 26°.
1. Toners to be exchange / return within 30 days – 100% Exchange Value
2. Toners to be exchange / return within 30 to 90 days – 75% Exchange Value
3. Toners to be exchange / return more than 90 days – 50% Exchange Value
4. Toners to be exchange / return more than 180 days – 0% Exchange Value
Amount will be adjusted against credit note with the new purchase. For example, the amount is AED 500, new purchase should be minimum of AED 1000 in order to use the credit note.

The amount is AED 2000, new purchase should be minimum of AED 4000 in order to use the credit note
